Yep, this is the tiny little one we brought home 3 1/2 months ago. She is getting so big! Mariah is so much fun! She is "talking" a lot and smiling constantly (except in pictures of course!).

Mariah's first swimming experience! She was NOT sure about it but was a good sport!
We don't have an update on Mariah's situation except that the next court date is November 18th. We should learn a lot on that day, mostly whether her bio parents are doing what CPS and the court have asked of them. They have been to every visit with the exception of the first one, but to my knowledge have yet to begin the parenting classes that need to attend. Right now all we can do is love her as much as we can and trust that God has it all figured out! We have definitely already had an answered prayer and that is that Mariah's bio parents have been much more accepting of her placement with us. We see them every other week and they have been grateful for how we have cared for Mariah and have been nothing but pleasant. Such a nice feeling compared to how it used to be! SO, pray for November 18th, that all involved will do what is best for Mariah!
